The Lawyers of Our Firm Have Been Appointed as Mediators of Mediation Center of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC)

In recent days, in accordance with the stipulations on Regulation of Mediation Center of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Mediation Center of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission has accomplished the employment work of the mediators. Senior Partner and Management Partner of Tahota Hong Kong Office Yang Jianhong Lawyer and the lawyer of Chongqing Office Fu Daqing Lawyer were assigned as the first batch of mediators of this Mediation Center, with an employment term lasting from June 1, 2019 to May 31, 2023.

On May 20, 2019, the world-renowned legal media Asian Legal Business (ALB) had issued China IP Rankings 2019. Among the rankings of China-funded firms in China Mainland in the two sections- patents, trademarks/copyrights, Tahota Law Firm was on the list of successful candidates. Tahota was selected into the rankings for five consecutive years.

The First Thailand International Student After-school Class Program of Southwest University of Political Science and Law Was Successfully Held in Our Firm

On May 15, 2019, The First Thailand International Student After-school Class Program of Southwest University of Political Science and Law was held in Tahota (Chongqing) Law Firm, and three students from Thailand Chieng Mai University had attended the study. Lawyer Yuan Jingsong- the senior partner of our firm, Zeng Hanzhi Partner and Lawyer, several full-time lawyers from the International Business Department and Young Lawyer Development Committee, and the team lawyers had undertaken the warmly welcome and carried out the theme sharing and forum.

At night of April 18, 2019, 2019 China Law Award ceremony sponsored by the world-renowned legal media Asian Legal Business was observed the grand opening in Beijing.
