On July 22, 2010, Ms. Weining Yang, a partner of Hogan Lovells US LLP, and Mr. Dong Chen, a partner of USA Kaiyun Law Firm, visited Tahota Law Firm.

Lawyer Shoutai Cheng (director of Tahota Law Firm), Lawyer Hong Ni (director of Intellectual Property Department), Lawyer Shan Wu (deputy director of Intellectual Property Department), patent lawyers Xu Yang and Yingzi Li and Lawyer Guqian Yang conducted extensive communication with American peers concerning intellectual property legal services and international cooperation. Both Ms. Weining Yang and Mr. Dong Chen were American senior patent lawyers. Hogan Lovells were a super-large law firm established in 2009 through combination of Hogan & Hartson LLP and Lovells LLP with business revenue exceeding USD 1.8 billion. It had 2,500 lawyers worldwide. Ms. Weining Yang was a partner of this law firm. Mr. Dong Chen once served as a partner of Bingham McCutchen LLP and currently served as a partner of USA Kaiyun Law Firm and held a concurrent post of secretary general of Chinese CEO Organization in the United States.
